Windsor Bridge Archaeological Excavations

Windsor Bridge Archaeological Excavations

Professional Diving Services crews and equipment supported Cosmos Archaeology for the 10 week archaeological excavation of the Windsor Bridge Wharf (dating back to 1790’s).  The site has over 220 years of occupation including transport, shipbuilding and local use.  Excavation and study of the site was required to assess and plan for impacts related to the construction of the new Windsor Bridge due for completion in 2020.
