Station Pier Pile Rehabilitation Project

Pile protection & rehabilitation
Professional Diving Services in conjunction with Fitzgerald Constructions completed protection and rehabilitation works on timber piles at Station Pier for Victorian Ports Corporation Melbourne. The work spanned 4 years and included survey (WSCAM and swim thru surveys) of approx. 7000 piles and the rehabilitation of approx. 600 timber piles. Repairs included Denso 70 Series, Denso 400 Series, pile splices and maintenance of existing systems. This work followed on from decades of experience completing previous pile inspection and rehabilitation projects.
