Pile protection & rehabilitation
Professional Diving Services provided pile rehabilitation works at the Eden Wood Chip Mill for Southeast Fibre Exports. Divers upgraded the Corrosion prevention systems on 22 steel piles. Works included the removal of HDPE sleeves, installation of 44 sacrificial anodes, the underwater welding of steel patch plates, supply and installation of DENSO (2000 Series) pile protection and epoxy encasement systems and construction of a floating decks to access under the wharf.
